Although the deals are very good the staff in the Royton branch leave alot to be desired. My daughter was in there on sat 1st of July 2017 and she'd asked for prices as the signage was unclear. When she got to the till she overheard the female member of staff discussing her in a derogatory fashion with the male member of staff. This took place infront of other customers. My daughter was actually pointed out. When my daughter challenged her on this, pointing out that it was rude and uncalled for both members of staff became ruder. My daughter walked out totally humiliated and the shop lost a large sale. Other customers who witnessed this agreed my daughter was in the right. Me, my daughter and everyone we know will never shop in there again!
